The results are out for the First Shared Task on Language ID in Code-Switching Data

We co-organized the first shared task on language identification on Code-Switched data. The target data was Twitter data and we had 4 language combinations: Spanish-English, Nepali-English, Mandarin-English and Modern Standard Arabic-Arabic Dialects. We received a great response with 8 teams making submissions from all over the world!
